Macaroni Pasta Recipe

Ingredients required to make Macaroni Pasta

2 cups macaroni pasta

4 tsp oil

1 tbsp butter

5 to 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1/2 inch piece of ginger, finely chopped

2 green chillies, finely chopped

2 medium sized onions, finely chopped

2 medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped

salt as per taste

1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

1 green capsicum, finely chopped

1 carrot, finely chopped

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tablespoon red chili sauce

1/2 tsp schezwan sauce

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

a little finely chopped coriander

Recipe of Macaroni Pasta

To make Macaroni Pasta, first of all we have to boil macaroni. So for this, put 4 cups of water in a vessel and keep it to boil on gas.

Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil in water. When the water starts boiling well, put the macaroni pasta in the water and keep stirring it with a ladle.

We should not overcook macaroni pasta. In about 5 to 6 minutes, the macaroni pasta will be ready after boiling well, then turn off the gas and take out the macaroni pasta in a strainer and wash it with water.

Then pour 1 teaspoon of oil on the macaroni pasta and mix well and then keep the pasta aside.

Now add 2 teaspoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and heat it.

When the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies and cook all these things on medium flame while stirring for 1 minute.

After this add finely chopped onion into it. We do not have to cook the onion till it turns golden brown. We just have to cook the onion so much that it becomes soft. This will take 3 to 4 minutes.

After this, add finely chopped tomatoes, add salt as per taste and 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.

While stirring the tomatoes, cook on medium low flame for 4 to 5 minutes. At this time the tomatoes will cook well.

Add finely chopped green capsicum and carrots when the tomatoes are cooked well. Mix the vegetables with spices and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Then add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce and 1/2 teaspoon schezwan sauce and mix well.

After this, add boiled macaroni pasta, add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder and mix well while stirring the pasta gently.

Now cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. After cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, add finely chopped coriander and mix. Then turn off the gas.

Tasty and wonderful Macaroni Pasta is ready.
