Ingredients for Bombay Masala Toast Sandwich Recipe – Mumbai Aloo Sandwich
For Chutney:
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch/2 cups loosely packed
Mint leaves – 15-20
Green chili – 4
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Garlic – 5-6 cloves
Dry coconut – 3 tbsp
salt to taste
Water – for grinding
Potatoes for Masala
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 7-8
Ginger – 1/2 inch crushed
Green chili – 2 crushed
Garlic – 4 cloves crushed
Chopped coriander – 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Boiled potatoes – 5
salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Sandwich lies
Bread – 12 (lies of 6 sandwiches)
Softened butter – 75 grams (for 6 sandwiches)
Cucumber slices, Tomato slices, Capsicum slices, Boiled beetroot slices

Cheese cubes/slices – 6
Lies of Sandwich Condiment:
Cumin – 2 teaspoons
Saunf – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 2 teaspoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Bombay Masala Toast Sandwich Recipe – Mumbai Aloo Sandwich (Recipe):
- First of all, we will make potato masala.
- To heat the pan, keep it on the gas.
- After that add 1 tablespoon of oil in it.
- Add 1 teaspoon of mustard in it.
- Add 4 to 5 curry leaves and cumin seeds, ginger and garlic, and 2 green chilies crushed.
- Shake it well on medium flame.
- After that add 3 tbsp green coriander.
- And turmeric powder is also to be mixed in it.
- Now the boiled potatoes have to be mixed well in it.
- Have to smash it properly.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Shake it well for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now our potato masala is completely ready.
- Let it cool down a bit.
Will prepare chutney with a special body.
Now we will add 2 cups of green coriander to the mix.
Add 15 to 20 mint leaves, 5 to 6 garlic buds 4 green chilies, 3 spoons of coconut flakes, and some salt.
And we will prepare the chutney by adding 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and some water.
Chutney has to be kept thick.
Now we will take out this chutney in 1 utensil.
Now we have made the potato masala and chutney. Now let’s make the sandwich
Now we have to make thin slices of cucumber, tomato, capsicum, beets.
Now have to take 4 sandwich breads.
Half butter on it means butter will be applied from one side.
Now we have to apply chutney to it. If you like it, you can add 1 cube of cheese.
After that make potato tikki. We have to put this tikki on the sandwich.
On top of this, you have to put cucumber tomato, and capsicum beet.
And put sandwich masala on top.
After that cover it with another bread.
Just apply a little butter on the outside.
After 1 to 2 minutes, the sandwich has to be turned well.
After shaking it well, we will apply butter to it.
Later you can serve it with chutney and some cheese and fine sev.
