Ingredients for Pani Puri Masala
Masala for 50 to 100 puris
Mater – 250 grams
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 teaspoon
water – 1 liter
Making Masala of Pani puri (Recipe):
First of all, we will soak peas for 12 hours.
For 250 grams of peas, 1 liter of water has to be added.
After that add 1 spoon turmeric to it.
Add 1 tsp red chili powder.
Add 1 tsp salt to it.
Now the gas has to be turned on.
Now the lid of the cooker has to be closed.
Have to take 5 whistles of the cooker.
After that smash the peas well.
Now we will take out this masala from the cooker in a vessel.
If you have tea, you can add 1 tsp coriander chutney to it.
After that, you can add green chili and ginger paste to it.
