What is a savory food, before knowing that you have to go deep in food flavors. The human tongue can detect five tests of food those are sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami. These 5 food flavors are primary food flavors.
Now the question is what is a savory food? In short, savory food is something that is not sweet but full of flavor, delicious and tasty. Savory food can have a salty or spicy flavor also.
As a chef, I’ve worked with a variety of savory ingredients over the years. Through this article, I will share my all experiences in savory food.
